Automatic refunds

Failed generation: fully refunded to your original payment method, or the credits returned — automatically, no request needed.
Partial album delivery: undelivered pages are refunded proportionally; the layout/handling fee is retained.
Unused credits: refundable at any time, at the exact price you paid per credit (so a discounted pack is refunded at its discounted rate).

EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal

Digital content supplied immediately loses the statutory withdrawal right once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. You give that consent when you confirm a generation. Unused credits remain refundable as above.

Disputes

To request a refund, email support@example.com within 14 days with the order ID. Payments are handled by Paddle; Paddle's dispute process may also be used.
