1. The service

We generate stylised wedding photographs from photos you upload, using third-party image-generation models. Outputs are AI-generated, carry an "AI-generated" label, and are not photographs of a real event.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country). You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person.

3. Your content and permissions

You may upload only photos of yourself and your partner, with their permission.
You must not upload anyone else's face, minors, or content you do not have rights to.
You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

No deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses; no sexual, violent or hateful content; no impersonation; no use for identity documents, visas, marriage registration, notarisation or any official purpose; no removing the AI label or metadata. We may refuse or delete content and suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Payments, credits and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Prices include applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle. Credits are prepaid balance, never expire, and are refundable at the price you paid for unused credits. One-off generations are charged per image. See the Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change models, prices or features; material changes are announced on the site.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Governing law
